Town of Glastonbury – WMC inspected, designed the replacement and performed construction administration and inspection on the Bell Street Bridge, a project that was funded under the ConnDOT Federal Local Bridge Program and features skewed pre-cast concrete arches with form liner wingwalls and fascia, as well as significant underground utility relocations and major overhead power lines immediately over the construction area.
