City of Winsted – WMC has performed services for Winsted for over 30 years including design of 5 bridges, dam inspections and design, stormwater sampling, sidewalk design, roadway inspections and pavement management planning. We have designed and over seen several roadway and sidewalk projects for the City including projects with mill and overlay and full depth reconstruction.
