Town of Farmington – WMC designed reconstruction of 2 miles of River Road along the banks of the scenic Farmington River including several small bridges and a major signalized intersection with State Route 4. Associated with the River Road project was design of a mile of the historic Farmington Valley Greenway including a tunnel for the greenway passage under the highly traveled Route 4 and connecting to a section of the existing Farmington Valley Greenway in Burlington.
