Town of Winchester – WMC has designed and performed construction inspection for two roads and several bridges in Winchester including the design of the Holabird Avenue Reconstruction. The Holabird Avenue project is funded under the STP Program and involves 1,500 feet of roadway construction with grades exceeding 14% as well as the rehabilitation of a bridge over the Mad River, sidewalks and extensive new roadway drainage.
